Delivery area:

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery time

Delivery in UK takes 4-11 business days from order confirmation. This is consisting of two stages: 

Processing time:

All orders placed before 10PM (GMT) will be processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed after 10PM (GMT) will be processed one working day later. Should there be any delays, we will contact you.

Transport time:

After processing and shipping, you can expect your products within 3 - 8 business days to destinations in the UK.

Order tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can check the status of your order at any time on our ‘Track Order’ page by entering your order number. If you experience any problems tracking your order, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping costs:

Shipping is always free of charge. There will be no additional charges, regardless of the size or weight of your package.
