What is the delivery area?
- We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How long does the delivery take?
- Delivery in UK takes 4-11 business days from order confirmation. This is consisting of two stages: Order processing (1-3) and Delivery (3-8).
What is the processing time for an order?
- All orders placed before 10PM (GMT) will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 10PM (GMT) will be processed one working day later. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
How long does delivery take?
- After processing and shipping your order, you can expect your products within 3 - 8 business days, to destinations in the UK.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. You can check the status of your order at any time on our ‘Track order’ page by entering your order number.
What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping is always free of charge. There are no additional charges, regardless of the size or weight of your package.
What is the return policy?
